Humble Beginnings
About Shannon Tawhiti
Shannon Tawhiti bought his first house in 2004 which was the start of his career in Property Development. Two decades later he has grown the business into an industry leader known today as Hikanui Capital Limited.
With 18 years of property development and hundreds of Property Trades under his belt, Shannon formed Hikanui Capital in 2019.
His vision for the company was to manage the expectations of our clients with communication, care, compassion and a quality service that delivers on our promises.
